Manage Client Accounts From One Login - The DCXV Reseller Dashboard

If you run servers on behalf of clients, juggling separate logins gets old fast. The new reseller dashboard in your DCXV control panel puts every client account in one place. Create sub-accounts, watch their balances and servers, and step into any account when you need to, all from a single login.

Add a sub-account in seconds

Open the Reseller page in your control panel and fill in two fields: the client e-mail and a name. That is it. The sub-account is created instantly and added to your list. To keep things safe there is a small daily limit on how many sub-accounts you can create, and if an e-mail is already registered the panel tells you right away instead of creating a duplicate.

See every account at a glance

Your sub-accounts appear in a single, sortable list. For each one you can see:

  • Name and e-mail of the account holder
  • Balance currently on the account
  • Total monthly amount across all of that client's servers
  • Nearest expiration date, so nothing lapses by surprise
  • Last login timestamp

Click any row to expand it and reveal the servers under that account. Each server shows its created date, name, IP address, operating system, monthly price, and expiration date. No more switching tabs to check what a client is running.

A summary notice at the bottom adds up the total amount due and the top-up needed across all your sub-accounts, so you always know where you stand.

Log in, manage, then exit cleanly

Need to make a change for a client? Click Login on their row and you are taken straight into their account, no password required. While you are inside, a clear banner stays at the top reading Managing client@example.com with an Exit button. One click on Exit returns you to your reseller account. There is never any doubt about which account you are working in.

Built for the phone too

The whole dashboard adapts to small screens. On a phone, the table folds into clean stacked cards with labels, so balances, totals, and server details stay readable without pinching and zooming.
