Partner program for integrators, MSPs and studios

Your clients stay your clients. You get every one of their accounts, balances and renewal dates under a single login, on infrastructure you can point at without a disclaimer.

Tier III Certified ISO 9001 ISO/IEC 27001 ISO 14001 GDPR Compliant

Who it is for

An integrator who implements 1C, BAS or an ERP

Every project reaches the question of where the thing will actually run, and today you answer it by sending the client to a hosting provider and losing sight of them.

An MSP or a sysadmin team looking after other people's servers

A dozen clients means a dozen logins, a dozen invoices and no single screen that says what is due next week.

A studio that ships sites and then has to keep them alive

Each client needs staging plus something small in production, and none of them are large enough to be worth a separate contract.

What the reseller dashboard actually does

  • Create a client sub-account from two fields, an e-mail and a name. It exists immediately.
  • One sortable list of every client, with the balance on the account, the total monthly across their servers, the nearest expiry date and the last login.
  • Expand a client to see each server they run: created date, name, IP address, operating system, monthly price and expiry.
  • A running total at the bottom of what is owed across all your clients and how much top-up it would take to cover it.
  • Step into any client account with one click and no password, with a banner at the top naming the account you are inside.
  • One click to leave again, so there is never a question of which account you are working in.
  • An e-mail that is already registered is refused at creation instead of quietly becoming a second account.
  • It works on a phone: the table folds into labelled cards rather than asking you to pinch and zoom.

What a client server costs

These are the public prices, per client per month, in Prague or Covilha. There is no minimum number of clients, no annual commitment and no setup fee, and a client can be resized or cancelled the month you say so. Commercial terms for partners are agreed case by case - write to sales@dcxv.com with what you do and roughly how many clients you look after.

Where our side stops

  • A sub-account is created against your client's own e-mail address, so agree with them up front who holds the login and who pays the invoice.
  • Windows Server and RDS user licences we can supply on the server. Licences for 1C, BAS, M.E.Doc or any other application stay with your client, and so does responsibility for them.
  • We are not your first line. Your client raises it with you, you raise it with us, around the clock. If you would rather we ran the servers as well, that is the administration service and it is priced separately.
  • Sub-account creation carries a small daily limit. It exists to stop an abused login from opening a hundred accounts, and it is not a cap on how many clients you may have.
  • Commercial terms, including discounts and who invoices whom, are agreed per partner rather than published on this page. Nothing on it is a rate card for partners.

How a partner starts

1

Tell us what you do

A line to sales@dcxv.com about the work and roughly how many clients it touches. Terms get agreed there, before you move anything.

2

The Reseller page appears in your panel

Create the first sub-account from two fields. Nothing to install and no contract per client.

3

Move one client, not all of them

Pick the least frightening one. We help with the window, the copy and the switchover, and you keep the old server running until you are satisfied.

4

Add the rest at your own pace

One dashboard, one view of what is due, and a snapshot before every change you make on a client server.

FAQ

- What do I get as a DCXV partner?

One login that holds every client account. You create a sub-account from an e-mail and a name, see each client's balance, total monthly spend, nearest expiry and last login in one sortable list, expand any client to see their servers with specification and price, and step into an account with a single click when you need to change something. Commercial terms are agreed per partner: write to sales@dcxv.com

- Do you sell to my clients behind my back?

No. The relationship is yours and we have no reason to go around it - a partner who brings us ten clients is worth more than one client we take. Note that a sub-account is created against your client's own e-mail address, so agree with them up front who holds that login and who pays

- What does it cost to start?

Nothing. There is no joining fee, no minimum number of clients and no annual commitment. A client server starts at EUR 15 per month for 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 40 GB NVMe and a static IPv4, billed monthly, and you can resize or cancel it the month you say so

- Who supports my clients?

You do, and we support you, around the clock with about a ten minute average first response. Your client raises it with you and you raise it with us, which keeps you in the conversation. If you would rather we ran the servers as well, that is the administration service, priced separately

- Do you supply Windows and RDS licences?

Yes, Windows Server and RDS user licences can be supplied on the server itself. Licences for 1C, BAS, M.E.Doc or any other application stay with your client, and so does responsibility for them

- Where do the servers physically run?

Tier III facilities in Prague, Czech Republic and Covilha, Portugal, on our own network under AS204057, with a 99.982% facility SLA. The contracting company is in Cyprus, so the whole arrangement sits under EU law and GDPR - which is usually the answer your client compliance questionnaire is looking for
