Accounting server for 1C, BAS and M.E.Doc in the EU

Your accounting base outside the risk zone - in a certified EU data centre your team can reach from wherever they are working this month.

Tier III Certified ISO 9001 ISO/IEC 27001 ISO 14001 GDPR Compliant

Who it is for

A relocated company

The team is spread across several countries and the accounting base still sits on a tower PC in an office nobody can get into.

A bookkeeping outsourcer

You keep books for several clients and need each base isolated, backed up, and available across two time zones.

A finance lead with no sysadmin

Nobody on staff patches Windows or checks whether the backup ran, and the server cannot be the reason payroll is late.

What you can run on it

  • 1C 8.3, file-based or client-server
  • BAS Bukhhalteriia and BAS ERP
  • M.E.Doc and Art-Zvit for e-reporting
  • MASTER:Bukhhalteriia
  • Client-bank terminals that only run on Windows
  • PostgreSQL when the file base outgrows itself
  • A shared file archive with per-user permissions
  • Your CRM alongside the ledger, on the same private network

Three sizes, measured in users rather than cores

Rule of thumb: 2 GB of RAM per light user, 4 GB per user working in an accounting client all day. Everything scales up later without a reinstall.

What is and is not included

  • Windows Server and RDS user licences can be bought here - pick them in the configurator and an engineer installs them within three days. A 180-day trial version is available at no cost if you want to test first.
  • 1C, BAS, M.E.Doc and Art-Zvit application licences are not resold by DCXV. Those stay with you or with your integrator.
  • Configuring the accounting application itself is not included. We deliver the server, the OS and the access; your integrator knows your chart of accounts.
  • Managed administration is an add-on, not a default. Select it in the configurator if nobody on your side will be patching the server.

Checked on the providers public price pages in August 2026; prices move, so check them again before you decide. One thing the totals do not show: Tucha and integrators like FinSoft also implement and support the accounting software itself, which we do not - we sell the infrastructure it runs on, and your integrator stays your integrator. If you want one company to do both, that is a fair reason to pay more.

How the move actually goes

1

Tell us the load

User count, the list of applications and the current size of the base. We come back with a configuration and a price.

2

Server the same day

Cloud instances deploy in under 10 minutes. Windows and any licences you bought are installed within three days.

3

Move the base

You or your integrator restore the dump and repoint the clients. Your old server keeps running until you confirm the new one is good.

4

Close it up

RDP behind a gateway or VPN instead of a published port, backup schedule set, and a snapshot taken before go-live.

FAQ

- How much does a server for 1C or BAS cost?

A two-seat server is EUR 21.89 per month - EUR 15.89 for the cloud instance and EUR 6 for the Windows Server licence covering two RDS users. Five seats is EUR 27.89, ten is EUR 45.78, twenty is EUR 78.61 and fifty is EUR 144.22. Those totals already include the operating system licence; your 1C or BAS application licence is separate and stays with you

- What size of server do I need for my accountants?

Budget about 2 GB of RAM per light user and 4 GB per person working in an accounting client all day. Three accountants are comfortable on 2 vCPU with 8 GB, ten users want 4 vCPU and 16 GB, and twenty-five want 8 vCPU with 32 GB. If you order through the 1C or BAS page you only pick the number of people and the sizing is done for you

- Can the team keep working from Ukraine?

Yes. The server is reached over RDP or a VPN tunnel and there is no restriction on which country users connect from. What changes is where the data sits - in an EU Tier III facility under European jurisdiction rather than on a machine in your office

- Do I have to buy a Windows licence separately?

You can buy it from us. Windows Server with RDS user licences is priced in the configurator and installed by an engineer within three days. A 180-day trial version costs nothing if you want to pilot first, and you are welcome to bring your own licence if you already hold one

- Where is the accounting data physically stored?

In one of two Tier III data centres: TTC TELEPORT DC2 in Prague, Czech Republic, or Covilha Data Center in Portugal. The 1C and BAS order pages deploy to Prague, which suits Central and Eastern European users best; ask support or use the full configurator if you would rather be in Portugal. Both are inside the EU, so GDPR applies with no transfer mechanism needed

- When should we move from a file base to PostgreSQL?

A file base starts to hurt once several people write at once - lock waits, slow month-end closes and the occasional damaged index. Around ten concurrent users is the usual point to move to a client-server setup. PostgreSQL runs on the same server, so it is a configuration change rather than a bigger plan

- Who keeps the server patched?

You do by default, and full administrator access is yours. Managed administration is an add-on starting at EUR 30 per month for two hours of engineer time, and it can be switched on at any point without moving the server
