– When does my billing cycle start?

The billing cycle starts on the day you ordered a server and automatically renewed every month, until you cancel your order

– Can I upgrade / downgrade the ordered plan?

Yes, all cloud plans are flexible and can be upgraded / downgraded at any time per your request, but please note that disk cannot be downgraded without formatting

– How long does it take for my cloud server to be set up?

Usually it should take no longer than 10 minutes for your server to be setup and ready

– Do you provide SSH / RDP access? What about KVM recovery console?

Yes, you will be provided with administrative full root access to your server over SSH for Linux and over RDP to Windows, also the KVM recovery console will be available for you
