Buy IPv4 addresses
Acquire clean, routable IPv4 space with escrow protection and the registry paperwork handled for you.
DCXV brokers IPv4 purchases in the RIPE NCC, ARIN and APNIC service regions. We match you with a verified seller, hold the funds in escrow until the registry confirms the transfer, and prepare the documentation both parties have to sign.
Every block is checked against public blacklists and its routing history before it reaches you, because an address that arrives already listed is worth considerably less than one that does not.
Contact usHow buying works
- Tell us the block size, the registry region and the timeline you need.
- We locate matching inventory and confirm the seller genuinely holds the resource.
- We run a reputation and routing-history check on the specific block.
- Escrow opens and you wire the funds to the escrow provider, not to us or the seller.
- Both parties sign the registry transfer agreement and the seller opens the transfer ticket.
- The registry audits the paperwork and records the transfer.
- Escrow releases the funds once both sides confirm the transfer completed.
What you need to qualify
- An account with the destination registry, or LIR membership in the RIPE NCC region.
- Company documentation matching the entity that will hold the resource.
- For ARIN, a demonstrated need for the address space you are requesting.
- Signed transfer agreement between buyer and seller, which we prepare.
Block sizes
The smallest transferable block is a /24, which is 256 addresses. Blocks larger than a /16 exist but trade rarely and usually move as several smaller allocations rather than one contiguous range.
If you need a specific size that is not currently on the market, we can hold an open request and contact you when matching inventory appears.
Questions and answers
- Which registries can DCXV buy from?
RIPE NCC, ARIN and APNIC. Inter-RIR transfers between these regions are possible where both registries permit it.
- What is the smallest block I can buy?
A /24, which is 256 IPv4 addresses. This is the smallest size the registries will transfer.
- How long does a purchase take?
A standard transfer takes 5 to 14 business days once both parties have signed. Escrow can be opened within an hour of agreeing terms.
- Is escrow included?
Yes. Funds sit with the escrow provider until the registry confirms the transfer, so neither side is exposed.
